The Right Way to Meditate
The WS PAMUNGKAS meditation technique allows your body to settle in a state of deep rest and relaxation. The goal is for the mind to achieve inner peace, without the need to use excessive concentration and effort.
Sit comfortably in a chair or on the floor with your hands in your lap.
Close your eyes for a few seconds to a minute. Then, take a deep breath and relax your body. In this condition, the eyes should remain closed for a session of 15-20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, start moving your fingers and toes to help you return to present-day awareness.
Then open your eyes and sit for a few minutes, until you feel ready to resume activities.
Most people recommend that theWS PAMUNGKAS meditation should be done at least twice a day. Even so, there is no harm in continuing to do meditation sessions whenever you feel stressed in carrying out your activities.
