MEDITATION IMPROVES HOUSEHOLD HARMONY

  Meditation can help improve not only our mind but also our sex life.

This form of meditation works simply by using a personal sound that you repeat silently in your head, which helps trigger a deep relaxation response in your nervous system.

Do this for twenty minutes, twice a day, and you will find that it is a great way to bring yourself back to the present, away from racing thoughts.

Through meditation, we can be more present, more patient, and more attentive to our partner. And that means our relationship is improving.

The more we meditate, the more we can restore balance between the left and right hemispheres of the brain.

Meditation tips

  Sit comfortably with your back supported. Close your eyes, relax the surrounding muscles, as well as the crown of your head, forehead and jaw. Feel your shoulder blades melt against your back. The more relaxed the body, the more able the mind is to relax into deep meditation.

Start by taking a deep breath, filling your lungs, and exhaling deeply. Repeat this a few more times, before returning to your natural rhythm of breathing.

If thoughts come and go, allow them to. We are not trying to get rid of these thoughts, just bring your awareness back to their lafadz each moment.
